The Arts Commission’s has three main projects:
  • Estacada Summer Celebration
  • Arts & Culture Series
  • 1% for Arts

Estacada Summer Celebration
Celebrated annually during the 4th weekend in July, the heart of downtown Estacada becomes filled with live musical performances, dancing, puppet shows, street performers, art booths, a silent art auction, and hands-on art activities for children and families. All this takes place while the Artback Artists paint their annual large-scale mural, and it is all FREE.  This event is made possible from grants received from the Regional Arts and Culture Council and the Clackamas Cultural Coalition, and from donations from community members like you!   We thank you.

Arts & Culture Series
Throughout the year, the Arts Commission tries to enrich the community by bringing culturally diverse events to the area and developing and improving the quantity, quality, accessibility, and affordability of arts and culture for our citizens.

1% For Art
The Percent for Art Program remains dedicated to the enhancement of public environments and improvement of the character and quality of city buildings and projects in order to create an accessible, publicly owned legacy which is uplifting, enduring and available to all.
